Twist: A popular street food from Madhya Pradesh, this dish uses grated corn kernels cooked with spices and milk, offering a unique sweet-savory flavor. Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated fresh corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
  2. Add green chilies and turmeric, then stir in the grated corn.
  3. Add milk and cook until the mixture thickens and the corn is cooked through.
