Chili Garlic Naan Pizza – Quick and Flavorful Fusion

Ingredients:

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • Fresh basil or cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Spread pizza sauce over each naan bread. Sprinkle mozzarella, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
  3. Add garlic and chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil or cilantro leaves and serve hot.
