Staten Island opens drive-through virus test site.
Basil Seggos, NY Department of Environmental Conservation says: “We have a testing operation underway right now. It’s the first drive through testing facility in Long Island. The governor directed us to set up testing facilities in New York State. We have two on Long Island, one in Westchester County, one in the Hudson Valley. And this is the first one here in New York City here on Staten Island.” (The Associated Press)
