Tandoori Cauliflower Steaks Recipe: A Flavorful Vegetarian Delight

Twist: A vegetarian delight, this recipe offers a fun and modern twist to tandoori flavors, served in a Western-style cauliflower steak.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into thick steaks
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for grilling

Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, turmeric, cumin, and salt. Coat the cauliflower steaks in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the cauliflower steaks on high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, until charred and cooked through.
